that the service was arranged by members of the sim family not as a time of mourning but a celebration of hope he was a giant in the legal profession a private and public man with a noble and generous style remembered justice hugh gibson justice gibson presented a distinguished list of professional milestones in mr sims business career after receiving his bachelor of science degree in 1949 from queens university kingston and attending osgoode hall mr sim was called to the bar of ontario in 1953 and was appointed a queens council in 1964 mr sim also had served as a lecturer at osgoode hall
