service to the municipality over a period of years jim thomas will begin in september he expressed this opinion following a meeting thurs day with a representative of proctor redferri li mited the towns consult ing engineers sanders admits however that to reduce the cost to what the municipality can afford 25 million sever al extras in the original tender will have to be set aside including a com pleted second storey and an elevator itll be functional he promised but itll take one or two years to finish up hes hopeful various volun teer groups will come for ward and take on these pro jects
