commission 3 representations or objections may be made orally or in writing or both 4 subject to rule 6 the commission will hear representations or objections only from those interested individuals or groups who have signified their intention to make them by lodging written notice with the commission within 23 calendar days from the date of the publication of this advertisement and such notice shall state the place and time of the sitting at which they propose to be heard 5 representations or objections on behalf of associations or groups shall be made by one person 6 the commission in its
