insist on driving in snow storms and fog without their car headlights on on march 11 1 passed through a white- out and met a car with its headlights on further down the road i met one with its j headlights off i flicked mine a couple of times and the motorist looked as if to ask what did you do that for on march 13 while driving to work at 645 am on another snowy blowy day i observed cars in all directions with no headlights on one vehicle a small truck also with no headlights turned on passed on the solid white line at dicksons hill thinking of the pileup of vehicles on hwy 401 near
