maxwell the former ida trail was the daughter the late george tran and susannah steeper she was prede ceased by her husband william george maxwell in 1952 to the couple was born five daugh ters nelda mrs earl graham dorothy mrs harry binsted helen nora airs seaman woods and muriel mrs john coulson a dear sister fan nie mrs ed sharp resides in sheridan wyoming there are eight grandchil dren and pine orchard the son of rus sell and ruby sproxton herb served as a driver with pat ottaways milk trans port for eighteen years after his pa rents moved to victoria square follow ing his marriage to eleanor reid in 1955 they resided at ringwood for a time later moving to a farm near wood ville in 1968 the operation of 500 acres kept the family extremely busy herb found lit tle time for extracurricular activities he was a member of the federation of agriculture in july of last year he was taken ill following repeated tests he was admit ted to wellesley hospital and later toronto general since january his condition deteriorated rapidly surviving besides his wife and pa rents are four sons david and norman near beaverton george in woodville and john at home three brothers robert of markham don and howard in mississauga and two sisters mar- jorie in ecuador and betty in peru hundreds of friends and relatives cal led at the stoddart funeral home woodville to pay their
