would like to use this opportunity to thank the town of whitchurchstouffville for the support of the recent world child day i know of no other town the size of ours who has been able to develop such a program around this international year of the child our effort demonstrates that stouffville is indeed a community that takes its commitment to the next generation very seriously and i only hope that we can build upon what has begun in this special year it is impossible to thank personally all who took part in the ac- tivitiesof world child day though the namesofdianekerr and norah mcelroy were will be teaching at st lukes thornhill i reunion was a success dear jim it was with great satisfaction that we the reunion committee heads watched the enjoyment of students and teachers who returned to stouffville high school on june 23rd after twenty years our numbers were somewhat discouraging but the enthusiasm of the ones attending com- pensated for this we would like to thank you jim for your real interest and hard work and the backing of the tribune with many articles and pictures the reunion could not have been successful without the hard work of ron mercer linda wagg bob and nancy
