andrew hutchinson of sundridge spent the weekend with her father mr- alviri farmer man convicted o f drunk driving newmarket a 48yearold whitchurch- stouffville man has been sent to jail for three months following his conviction for impaired driving here last week james langtry sawyer was charged by york regional police last november after his vehicle crashed into a parked car on stouff- villes main st then careened away from- the scene when hauled in to police headquarters sawyer blew a whopping 260 mg on a bfeathalizer test h the stouffville man was also sentenced to an additional 14 days for failing to take such a test on an earlier charge judge mcewan also told the stouffville man that his licence to drive will be suspended for a two year period during which time he will be placed on probation- local man failed newmarket a 50yearold whitchurch- stouffville man who drives a tractor trailer was imprisoned last week for 14 days after being convicted on a charge of having the care and control of such a vehicle while impaired donald coombe was also placed on a 12 month term of probation and his licence suspended three months over the term of suspension imposed under the highway traffic act the 50-year- old man was also ordered by the court to attend the alcoholic research foundation and follow any treatment that might be prescribed coombe was charged by york regional police last november after he was found behind the wheel of the huge truck near the aurora sideroad and woodbine aye coombes counsel told the court that his client had been drinking heavily following
