asa matter of fact i was the towns representative on the joint service club committee that attempted over a period of a year or more to establish instouffville a combined sportsrecreation complex that included a library i did along with other members of council very willingly support the library as the towns centennial project objected only to the cost of the library and to the location not to the library itself i would rather have spent less money on land acquisition and on the building and more money on books and inside facilities i urge you in this election campaign not to be swayed by
