from inuvik in the north west territories on- the beaufort sea visited with mr and mrs valentino and family on their way home to bob- cageon mrs valentino is mrs dearness sister they came east to see mr dearness father in hamilton who has been very ill happily he now is convalescing although mr dearness work is in inuvik he flies home as often as he can and mrs dearness and kelly fly north to join him when the weather is agreeable we are sorry to hear that earle pilkeys father russell pilkey of uxbridge is ill in ux- bridge cottage hospital raymond pilkey of saskatchewan is visiting relatives in the east and visited in claremont and also his uncle in hospital mr and mrs dick cooper are hor from a motor trip to c orgia and a golfing holiday at jekyell island on the coast the womens in he is married to the former beatrice weaver of coboconk and they have four children michael laurie peter and donna and live on a lot from the original farm with relatives and friends there and had their wedding portrait taken yes she took the wedding gown on the honeymoon another visit of co incidental interest in cluded their several days at wainfleet where on one of their visits mrs brillinger has recorded after supper we played elson miles for councillor ward 6 town of markham monday december 6 for information and transportation months earlier they later purchased the house at the end of the lane of the homestead where they are presently residing the brillingers have done mixed far ming but potatoes have always been an annual crop mr brillinger still keeps active in working with the ptoatoes and some tractor work mrs brillinger also remains active and will challenge many in a game of scrabble the brillingers had seven children vera living at home is a nurse receptionist in a doctors office in willowdale the family has set up a b v h fund bringing velma home for the anniversary celebrations since velma was not home for the 50th anniversary the family has arranged to bring her home for this special and happy oc casion she will be arriving at the toronto international airport on friday 3 remaining in canada to jan 14 an open house is planned for mr and mrs brillinger on monday dec 27 from 24 pm and7 9 pmat the fellowship hall qf the heise hill brethren in christ church a family dinner is being planned velma is a missionary for the same evening secretary to the bishop in friends and neighbours zambia having served 19- are invited to stop by at years in africa jean is a the open house tea flower gardener seasmstress gives organ lessons works part time
