2973633 46pmthurs roy dickson the death occurred on tuesday jad 20 of roy dickson at his residence in mississauga mr dickson was the last remaining member of a pioneer family of stouffviue two brothers and two sisters are predeceased the dickson family resided on main st east near the entrance to spring st and more than fifty years ago the late henry dickson operated a blacksmith shop near this location one predeceased brother walter operated a farm near the shop on land partly taken over by northdown homes development deceased is survived by two sons gordon of california and donald his foster children she taught in the sunday- school and sang in the choir at the church they are still members of the melville church the couple have two children john of markham and marilyn mrs john dors of scarboro there are six grandchildren timothy kimberley and kerrf lynn houck and eileen christine and kevin doris while mr houck did mixed farming on his 70acres in the later years he kept sheep and ponies and those were his hobbies in 1963 they sold the farm the couples main enjoyment now is their cottageon halls lake north of minden mr- v houck works a small garden there where he can
