oneills funeral home sept 25 for mrs guy rutledge mrs rutledge was born blanche rye at holt in east gwillimbury township she married guy rutledge of that same area on sept 14 1921 they farmed north of newmarket for some time before moving into that town in 1947 mr rutlege purchased the maple leaf dairy in stouffville and the couple moved to town the following year mrs rutledge en joyed helping out with the business and serving in the dairy bar they sold the dairy- in 1961 and retired to a house on george st mr rutledge passed away in 1972 music was a great joy to the rutledges and she was a faithful member of the stouffville united church and sang in the choir she was a member of the excelsior club of mount albert throughout her lifer- she enjoyed working around her house especially in
