repeated editors note if jean is pleased to be home it goes without saying that one newspaper editor is also pleased to have her back it is with regret that we note the death of mr lloyd baker of locust hill his wife rose is the valued president of buttonville womens institute and mr baker and his sons have been well known throughout the countryside for their building and stone masonry mr baker died suddenly on saturday as he worked in his garden mrs cliff moss is making good progress after a recent illness mrs moss was visiting her daughter isobel in muskegon michigan when she became ill with pneumonia and then suffered a heart attack she returned home early last week we wish her a rapid recovery mr and mrs ken stots held a family party recently and mrs stots twin sister and her husband mr and mrs h overbaugh were able to attend mrs overbaugh has been seriously ill since easter but is making a good recovery when art 70 was held at the markham arena two weeks ago buttonvilles
