called apartment house for industry revenue proper ties is the largest de veloper of industrial multiple tenancy buildings in canada it currently has under construction well over onehalf million square feet of floor space to be used for this pur pose sam craig vice- president of the com panys industrial di vision describes this aspect of development as apartment houses for industry space leased initially by a tenant usually varies from 3000 square feet to 15000 square feet this flexibility is con sidered a prime factor for industries locating under such an arrange ment a tenant may lease as little as 3000 square feet and substantially in- creasethe space as business expands the space maybe within the same building or the plant may move to another convenient site within the industrial park or another lo cation developed by revenue it should be noted that several multi ple tenancy buildings may be part of an indus trial park the tenant therefore does not have to invest in additional land or buildings until it actually needs the space another important factor is the lower per square foot cost of space under this plan this is achieved by the volume purchase of land on the part of revenue and the savings resulting from the con struction of a larger building in the multiple occu- pancy buildings rev enue maintains and guarantees yearround care of landscaping snow
