thousands of bicvcles and motor bikes which jam every citv roadway commerce is brisk people are well dressed and in the harbour dry docks are iammed with ship repair work iust one of the important industries streets are crowded in the eveninc with late evening diners and entertainment seekers there are a host of wonderful eating places ninht clubs are plen tiful and one french journalist has
