mitted to stand trial on a charge of murder at the conclusion of a prelimin ary hearing before magis trate russell pearse in richmond hill court greenidge is accused in the killing of a 17 year old toronto youth robert mortimore whose nude decomposed body was found in a field north of 17th avenue between cone 9 and highway 48 in markham township last july detective clifford cox testified that
