stouff ville july 22 it was on that date last summer in the stouffville park that a 6 year old boy fell from the lop of a rotary slide striking his head on the cement base below haig went to the lads aid and carried him more than six blocks to the stouffville medical centre from there he was rushed by police cruiser to hospital and although still unconscious on his arrival he made an excellent recovery when stouff- ville council learned of the incident a letter of commendation was sent by the clerk to his parents and his scoutmaster on monday night haig a grade 8 student at claremont public school was honored by district commissioner cor heikamp and pre- sented with a red distinguished service ribbon j other members of the claremont troop attend- ed tiie ceremony the presentation by the
