stouff ville conducted the serv ice wednesday for mr fred burgess a resident here for the past 21 years mr burgess a native of england passed away sud denly at the brierbush hospital on saturday fol lowing a heart attack he was 87 as a young man mr burgess served in the bri tish reserve later he came to canada and lived for a time in toronto be fore moving to stouffville mrs burgess died 25 years ago surviving are two dau ghters mrs arthur burg- in and mrs joseph mur ray both of stouffville there are two brothers frank of toronto charles in england and one sister mrs albert forsyth of
