april 19 he was in his 92nd year mr wilton was born in cornwall england and came to canada in 1906 he moved to picker ing township in 1914 and farmed at different times in both claremont and brougham organized and the trustees had utile alterna tive but to give them what they wanted it amounts lo an ultimatum he said if you dont meet their requirements you dont get teachers he charged that local boards were in a weak bargaining position he said that it was most unfair that teachers good or bad should receive the same salaries he noted that some high school staff members were seeking up to
