old markham youth was given a break on two separate occasions follow ing an infraction on october 4th daniel f sheridan of wilson street was apprehended after he allegedly took a car from the lot of markham chrysler- dodge police charged him wiih taking a motor vehicle with intent to operate and a second charge of a similar nature acting crown attorney with drew the second charge making sheridan responsible for the first infraction only pc richard robertson told the court that sheridan had admitted taking the car after it was found abandoned on peter street the youth explained that the keys were in the car the doos were open and there was a full tank of gas he added that he just wanted to go for a ride magistrate russell pearse said that the automobile com pany was inviting trouble by
