in 1932 he was down to the store as usual on wednesday afternoon only a few hours prior to his death he was 72 mr weldon was an enthus iastic fisherman and held a membership in the kapicog hunting and fishing club near parry sound he visited the camp site only three weeks ago he first entered municipal politics in 1931 when the late w e morden was reeve he served as a councillor until 1937 when he rose to the reeve- ship and held this post to 1944 he was identified with the stouffville united church during the period of world war ii he was the local ration officer for this community many pay respects hundreds of people visited the oneill chapel prior to the service on saturday afternoon to pay their respects more than one hundred members of the masonic order attended a spec ial service on
