24th the graduation banquet for the grade 8 of ss no 7 was held at the school those present besides the graduates were the fathers and mothers of graduates mr and mrs harold hill representing the school biard rev and mrs krieck of stouffville the minister at the school for the year the grade 7 mothers prepar- ed and served the meal follow ing the supper a short pro gram was held with gordon berta as chairman a toast to the graduates was given by mrs donaldson the principal barbara empring ham gave the valedictory ad dress dawn tatton presented a toast to the mothers and to the school board mrs l hart and mr harold hill replied mrs donaldson announced that all the grade 8s had pass ed to high school and present ed the graduates with their cer tificates hospital auxiliary the last meeting of the gor- mley headford victoria sq branch of york central hospi tal auxiliary until september was held on monday evening june 21th at the home of mrs norman bell with 19 members and one they obviously enjoyed just as much as the audience the first half closed with the toronto estonian folk dance group guests for the evening enter taining with their own special type of folk dancing
