should not stop school until education has given everything it can to them the speaker urged the resi dents to look upon their new school not as an expenditure in dollars and cents hut as an investment he congratulated 11 year old glenn wideman a grade 6 pupil for his fine ad dress of welcome mr earl dowswell a former reeve of the municipality and county warden was the master of ceremonies eour former teachers were in attendance mrs clifford winn walter foote miss isobel gregg and mrs douglas hoover four generations of the noble family were present mrs annie noble her son harry noble her grandson gerald noble and her great granddaughter cathy noble justly proud board chairman grant drewery speaking on behalf ot the oher trustees said that they were justly proud of the new school building it is through the cooperation of everyone in the section that has made this whole project pos sible he said greetings were brought from the dept of education by the inspector miss l mcneill on tario county warden j s scott and the twp of uxbridge reeve norman hogg rev d sargeant pronounced the pray er of dedication principal mrs vera francis introduced the platform guests and led the choir in three selections the keys to the school were present ed to the board chairman mr drewery by the contractor mcrvin bunker and the archi tect if legion president stan burkholdor enjoys a better fate than the majority of his mates or rivals on friday night in the game of donkey baseball it can be attributed to a prearranged practise held on sunday after ui his will to win was rather
