field day tournament they v hipped altona 86 downed greenwood jrs 51 and defeat ed pickering srs 61 in the final the winners recehed 530 the nuinersup were given 20 righthander ken may turned in a great 3game effort on the goodwood mound in the three contest he allowed 19 hits walked 3 and struck out 12 he appeared to improve as the tournament progressed and against pickering he fired a stingy 4hitter it was actually his fourth game in three days since he hurled goodwood to a group playoff victory against altona on thursday night pickering earned tile right to advance into the tournament finals on saturday afternoon by registering a major 54 upset victory over greenwood srs on friday night bob carlisle working in relief of pickering starter bill moffatt twirled a torrid nohitter while
