major in the canadian pipher mr clifford dean pipher of church st stouffville passed away suddenly from a coronary on thursday march 1 1962 in his 77th year he was born in lemonville a son of the late mr and mrs john pipher in 1910 he married jennie may lehman who predeceased him in 1953 he is survived by a daughter jean marie mrs how ard barkey and a brother mel bourne a brother earl roy and a sister eva iva delia also pre deceased him he was retired having been with the torotno york doad commission for a number of years and was a lifelong resi dent of this community mr pi pher was identified with the united church and was a past president of the choir also the choral society he was past pres of the horseshoe club a member of the lawn bowling club and the curling cluk the
