a breakdown of the picker ing township tax rate i may be mistaken but by reading be tween the lines i would gather that the council is attempting to impress on the ratepayers the fact that they as a govern ing body are steadily losing their control over the major por tion of the collected tax dollar figures do not lie and i am sure that we as ratepayers must fully realize the uncomfortable
