to recommend to council that solicitor j d lucas be asked to prepare presentation on annexation of township land and to be empowered to engage whatever engineering help was required council proposed that approx imately 1200 acres of land be annexed from whitchurch and markham twps in order that stouffville may have sufficient and suitable areas for industrial growth planning eoard has pre viously recommended that sub- dividers be required to provide forty percent industrlai ur com mercial for sixty percent resi dential however it has pointed out that there is little or no land of sufficient
