tues 230 pm wa the stouffville tribune mrs p brillinger was in 89th year on friday morning feb 7th mrs peter brillinger passed away at her home in gormley following a stroke suffered on tuesday morning from which she never regained conscious ness born on the fifth concession of whitchurch at bethesda on june 23rd 1869 adeline shaffer second daughter of the late mr and mrs daniel shaffer lived in that community until her marriage to the late peter bril linger on february 6th 1894 and for some years later then in the fall of 1913 they bought the farm in gormley which was known as the samuel baker farm here they lived and work ed together for many years mr brillinger predeceased his wife in july 1955 mrs brillin ger was in her 89th year she is survived by one son roy seven grandchildren and one great grandchild the funeral service on sunday afternoon was held in the heise hill church bishop alvin winger conducted the ser vice assisted by rev j r stec- kley of gormley
