aurora everyfamily observer plan and stated that his committee was of the opinion that each charge use the excellent sunday school ma terials which our church provid ed rev h a kennedy of ux bridge urged all ministers and laymen to see that their charges did not neglect the missionary and maintenance fund so that york presbytery would fulfill its obligations to this fund he laid particlular emphasis on the special christmas appeal for 500000 for the needy of the world requesting that each i church make a special effort in this regard it was announced that dr allan knight agricultural mis sionary of the united church of canada would be the special speaker for the january meet ing of york presbyterial of the womens missionary society and that dr margaret arkinstall presbyterial president was par ticularly anxious that there be a full attendance of teenagers for this occasion presbytery accepted an invita tion from rev norman pick to meet at markham in january thanks and appreciation were expressed to rev h a ken nedy the officials and womens groups of his church for their genial hospitality former skating instructor wed miss christine kennedy dau ghter of mr and mrs lyman a kennedy was married to lome millward thomson son of mrs george thomson and the late mr thomson at knox presbyterian church agin- court rev john forbes officiat ing given in marriage by her stouff ville passed away at the brier bush hospital on nov 30th mr grose who was 80 years of age had not been in good health for some time deceased was the east coast and since ville police force has
