following a brief threeday illness she was in her 84th year born at cedar grove the daughter of the late benjamin and nancy reesor the deceased later moved to north markham where shi lived until her recent death her husband the late david grove predeceased her ceremonies the junior choir the late mrs grove led an contributed beautifullv to the active life much of her interests service this sundav zion church was held on sunday with the children participating with their annual promotion mennonites the deceased at tended services at cedar grove altona and almira she is sur vived by three sons russell sth con of markham louis 9th con of markham and frank on the home farm there is also one brother mr abram reesor at cedar grove and a sister mrs mary barkey of cherry- wood the wideman mennonite chu rch at dickson hill was filled for the funeral service on mon day afternoon at 2 oclock mr cecil reesor conducted the serv ice in the church mr abram smith was in charge at the music to make the services par ticularly significant there wijl be a service in the afternoon at 2 oclock and another in the eve ning at oclock mr pick will preach at both services the members of the church extend a warm welcome to all those wishing to participate and to join them afterwards in an hour of fellowship following the serv ice at the last community club meeting it was decided to enter a group of square dancers from cedar grove in the competition at markham fair this year tuesday night next will be re graveside interment was made i hearsal night for this group and in the adjoining cemetery
