mrs graham of ballan trae was with mrs storry for most of the week markham twp host for budget night under the patronage of mark ham township the annual bud get night for school trustees will be held at the buttonville womens institute hall on thursday february 14 at 7 pm a dinner is to be tendered to the trustees and guests by markham twp public school inspector maynard hallman and separate school inspector f j hodge have commended markham council and planning board for their interest in this event and have expressed the feeling that the evening will contribute immeasurably to the better understanding of mutual problems between these public bodies those attending will include school trustees from markham township itself and union sec tions served by markham town ship along with separate school trustees from thornhill and markham villages during the evenings program reeve william clark of mark ham will speak and an interim report of the education commit tee of the planning board will be given by c laurin requisi tions will be presented by town ship clerk charles hoover and township auditor n l morton will speak following the pro gram the trustees will meet with various
