Arthur Brown, an old and much esteemed farmer of the 12th line of West Gwillimbury, died at his home on Saturday. He was avery quiet, unassuming man and was greatly respected by his many friends. He was 81 years of age and is survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Hugh Gubit of Innisfil, Mrs. McLennan of Toronto and Mrs. Currie of Brad- ford, and, two sons, William of 'Lefroy and Charles at home.. His remains were buried at Coulson's Hill on Monday, Rev. L. McLean of Bradford preached the funeral sermon. The pall-bearers were: Geo. and Peter Meher, Geo. Davis, J. D: Neilly, John Lee and Chas.
