planning board to withdraw its opposition to the application But two of the shopping malls four developers walked out of the meeting in disgust shortly before adjournment and one citv alderman said today he is still angry over the backroom way the project has been brought to councn The shopping mall to be called the Downtown Centre is scheduled to be com pleted in March City council agreed last week to ask the Ontario Ministry of Housing for funds from the ministrys downtown revitalization program Planning board voted day later to ask council to rescind the motion after board members
