the English language proficiency program at the University of Waterloo Speaking at an allday pro gram for Simcoe County English teachers Thursday at Central Collegiate Mrs Thysell said English teachers at the high school level dont have the time to work on one toone relationship with their students If more time could be had for high school teachers to mark English papers we at the
