property will be accepted bet ter from independent con sultants than from local businessmen Mayor Ross Archer stressed the importance of private effort and money in the revitalization program We dont Catholic Separate School Board with fuel oil in the 19Tl78 school year The board agreed Wednesday to accept BPs tender price of 39 and 396 cents per gallon the higher price applying to schools in
