Socred leader blames Davis for Quebec low The new leader of the Ontario Social Credit Party last week saidOntario Premier William Davrs provided the Quebec government with blueprint for proposed regulations regar ding attendance at the pro vmces Englishlanguage schools Regent Gervais said the Parli Quebecois governments pro posal to limit access to English language schools is identical to Ontario regulations regain ding attendance at the pro Vinces Frenchlanguage schools which were drafted while Mr Davis was minister of education The Levesque government in its language white paper
