fans in Barrie must be very sensitive to the weather Tuesdays concert at Centennial Park one of series sponsored by the Parks Are For People program at tracted only small audience But if the weather was cloudy and cool Steve Mosley did his best to warm things up Mosley whos regular at the Pen formanee House coffeehouse on Mulcaster Street is singer and guitarist whose material ranges from traditional folk material to contemporary music by the likes of Neil Young and John Prine Mosley isnt particularly sights and sounds strong or distinctive Singer but hes good entertainer in the sense that he quickly builds strong rapport with the au dience Mosley could sing just about anything and make it listeiiable The strongest numbers in Mosleys set were the Young and Prine songs With voice thats potentially the equal of Prines Mosley obviously shares an affinity with the American singersongwriters work Mosleys other influences go back to the 1960s to folk per formers like Tom Paxton and Tim Harding if the nine performers scheduled to appear at the folk concert only three showed up Charlie Pride performs two shows in Rock Hill Country music star Charley Pride will perform two con
