however the martians did it The martians who resi dent claim are Wendell White and Joe Fralick are notorious for doing crazy things says Coun Adams Last summer they gave residents one heck of scare the ire of Ald Gord Mills at city council session Mon day The letter was sent to city solicitor Ossie Rowe by deputy solicitorgeneral John Hilton Ald Mills asked Mayor Ross Archer Monday if he had any knowledge of additional com munication received from Hiltons office besides letter that had already been made public Im not aware of any said the mayor havent received any The deputy solicitor general could have com municated with the city solicitor The alderman then asked the mayor if Rowe had received another letter and if the mayor had been advised of it Mayor Archer replied that it seemed Rowe had received one but that he couldnt recall the contents of the letter The comments sparked an outburst from Ald Mills in which he said the investigation into the commission was tum ing into anoher
