Ontario Place on June 19 to perform at the Forum The concert was the second performed by the Oakley school Choir directed by Steve Barker Ken who graduates from the school this month talked about the concert recent ly along with the Lindy Cudanin Karen Clarke and Kevin Roulston three other Grade students Lindy is the piano acr companist for the choir Performing at Ontario Place was great experience she says Its something that happens once in lifetime was little bit nervous but we did really well Weve had comments from other schools that our choir stands out and the reason for that is practice We owe lot of thanks to Mr Barker The work we put into the choir is worth it you realize that at Ontario Place The choir performed at the Forum on Tuesday morning singing 17 songs during 90 minute performance The choirs repertoire ranges from sacred music to pop songs Karen whos been singing since kindergarten says she enjoyed the chance to perform for an audience who listened to the
