tenth line the following except for fenced oytdpor play area for private home day care facilities so that the Section now provides as follows 62 Providedthat the portion of the dwelling used as dwelling unit shall not be less than the minimum dwelling unit floor area required for the zone in which the building is located that the floor area devoted to the accessory use shall not exceed thirty per cent of the total floor area of the dwelling and that the accessory use shall be confined to the main building on the lot in which it is located except for fenced outdoor play area for private home day care facilities and shall not change the character of the dwelling unit from that of private residence THAT the Chart of Industrial Permitted Uses part of Section 82 of Bylaw 6933 be and it is hereby amended by deleting the word Transport in the permitted use of Transport Truck Terminals in the third box under In dustrial Uses and by adding at the beginning of the fifth box Private Clubs before Banks et cetera under permitted Commercial Uses THAT Section l03 of Bylaw 6933 by and it is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following Standards for Boat Houses Minimum Side and Rear Yards metre Maximum Size Height metres Length metres Width metres THIS BYLAW shall come into force and have effect im mediately upon the final passing thereof subiect to the ap
