made clear he opposes Clarks position on the bringing home of the Canadian constitution from Westminster There was no comment from the federal Conservative leaders camp afterpavis is sued statement saying there is urgent need to move the con stitution to Ottawa with or without agreement by the provinces Thestatement agrcm with what Liberal Prime Minister Trudeau has been saying and conflicts
