of Cape Towns leading department stores Soon Ronald Cohens business empire included over dozen different profitable enterprises Ronald and Susan wre married and in 1966 Susan gave birth to son Unfortunately this child was to be the victim of an accident strangling himself in his crib less than year ater The Cohens took the death of their son extremely hard but little by little the great pain of their loss subsided Ronald threw himself into his various business enterprises becom ing bona fide workaholic Eventually the Cohens had two more children who were adored by their parents The Cohens with their lovely home lovely children and lovely millions were devoted happy couple until the night of April 1970 Miss Merry had retired early The other ser vants were asleep in their quarters
