conservation Authority will take more active role in treating Lake Simcoes water quality problems the authoritys new manager said this week Basil Voels said the lakes troubled water quality is one of tlte greatest challenges facing this authority Noels recenlty assumed the duties of the iiewlyvcrtxited posi tioii of general manager tntil this fall the authoritys dayntoday operations were
