Barrie downtowns park space is inadequate says Rick Jones city planner Barrie general committee recommended approval Mon day of parks plan drawn up by the citys planning department It looks at parkland space in different areas of the city and determines which areas in the city are deficient For historical reasons the older sections of Barrie are lacking in parkland space in cluding downtown
