The Examiner When disaster strikes its nice to know family friends and even strangers will pitch in to help the victims Five families from Everett about 30 miles southwest of Barrie are finding out just how generous Simcoe County residents are The families lost their homes and all furniture and clothing in fire that destroyed an Everett apartment building early Monday morning Nobody was hurt in the blaze but the families lost all their possessions and escaped with only the clothes they were waring Rev John Dobson of St Davids Anglican Church started fire fund immediately after the disaster
