sentencing date Weinglass spoke after he and other lawyers were hastily summoned back to court late Tuesday to hear two alternate jurors say their testimony earlier in the day about alleged juror Hearst codefendant is scheduled to be tried in January on the same robbery kidnapping and assault charges Her trial has been delayed while she undergoes psychiatric testing before sen tencing on
