Valley Conservation Authority iNVCAl will take hard look at its constitution with particular emphasis on its decisionmaking process The issue came up at the authoritys annual meeting Saturday when Venner Lambert Vespra Townsliips representative questioned decision of the authoritys ex ecutive committee made last September reversing its 1976 stand Last September the ex ecutive committee decided to allow rezoning of two acres of land in Osprey Township near the Mad River tributary of the Nottawasaga River from hazard environmentally sen sitive lands to zoning that would allow building on the site The executive committee had turned down the townships re Comping fees are going up ANGth vStatfi Fees for camping at Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority NVCA conservation areas have been increased this year Authority members voted Saturday to raise the fees to $4 day from $350 and to $25 week from 831 The NVCA also decided to charge $45 admission fee to its conservation areas for
