US Marine Corps learn winter skills group of 100 United States Marine Corps reserves are spending the weekend at Canadian Forces Base Borden learning winter skills from Canadian Forces instructors The Americans are members of the 4th Marine division and are based in Buffalo The group will arrive at am Saturday when they will be fitted with arctic uniforms Instructors are also reserve members of the
