Association Terminal patients respond in many ways when told they are dying he said Older peo ple and younger people share but their thoughts differ While an older person may feel guilty about letting his family down and perhaps be ing failure youn er son feels angry an ten thinks why do have to die now One thing stress is that the process at grieving should be mutual thing betwen the patient and family It is tearful experience It is time of sorting out Mr Peakesaid It is lonely experience the thought of being separated from ones family But it is easier if the family grieves together No matter how independent we like to think we are we are depen dent on each other he said He outlined other duties as hospital chaplin such as co ordinting chapel services and referring other clergymen at the
