floodplain development in the Pine River watershed due to lack of fill and floodplain regulations said resources manager Herman Van Wes enbeeck in his report to the NVCA executive committee For this reason it seems to be against its better judg ment to go along with any proposed development in the floodplain of this sensitive river system prior to proper floodplain mapping he said Mr Van property assessment if the ci ty has its way The resolution instructs the township solicitor to take the necessary steps to oppose the proposed annexa tion of 4500 acres Barrie has applied to the
