specifics of the annexation oposal prepared for Barrie Proctor and Redfern at cost of $40000 Ald Jim Perri Barries spokesman said specifics of BARRIE AND politicians Tuesday over the con troversial issue of annexa tion of 13500 acres by Bar rie Barrie outlined sum mary of its proposal and Innisfil clashed the proposal are being withheld on the advice of the citys lawyers Only the general philosophy of the pro sal and the roposed new undaries will be revealed at this time The detailed arguments for annexation along with the necessary supporting data will only be made public as evidence
